The Tea
If you read the testimonials at the Greenbush web site, some women complained about the tea. But if you make it right it's really pretty good. I just take a tablespoon of fenugreek or fennel and put it in a coffee filter and into the coffee maker. I add about 10 ounces of water and brew it like coffee. With the fenugreek I add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and with the fennel I add some mint tea. (I got some flavored teas from Greenbush as a gift with my order and they were good for flavoring the herb teas). At the end I put some sugar in the sweeten it a little. I have had the tea hot in cool weather and over ice in hot weather. Sometimes I run another cup of water through the herbs and have another cup because you don't get all of the tea the first time through. (This really isn't hard to do but you can use the herb extracts that Greenbush has instead of the tea if you like. I tried them for a little while when I was on a trip and they were easy).
The Massage
I do the massage and the meditation at the same time but I have the method for the meditation on another page. At first I just put a sprinkle of fenugreek in some lotion and massaged in a circular motion. But because I liked to massage for a while I started using the tea instead of the dry powders, (actually Greenbush suggested this). I just put a couple tablespoons of tea in a cup with some lotion, mix it up and slowly massage it in. I wear an old t-shirt to bed to keep the herb mixture off the sheets and and shower in the morning so I don't go around smelling like herbs. (My boyfriend likes to do the massage himself too. And another thing that I should mention about the herbs is that they make you hornier- sorry, I hope that doesn't offend anyone). You can use the herb extracts for massage too if you want.
